Shipping And Handling
All orders under or equal to £100.00 (excluding VAT) for delivery in the UK will be subject to a charge of £6.50 Plus VAT
All orders over £100.00 (excluding VAT) for delivery in the UK will not be subject to any carriage or packing charge.
Extra large items and heavy items over 15kg may incur a delivery surcharge. If in the rare occasion this applies, we shall contact you before your order is processed to allow you change or cancel the order.
These charges are for deliveries to mainland UK only, any orders requiring shipping to other parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland, will be subject to a delivery surcharge regardless of the value of the order. We shall not process any orders until we have received confirmation from you to proceed with your order, having advised you of additional shipping cost.
International shipping is available on request, please enquire for further information.
Unless you tell us you wish to collect the goods, we shall endeavour to deliver the goods ordered, as soon as reasonably practical. Delivery shall be made to the card holders address only. A signature will be required upon delivery. We shall notify you by e-mail when your goods have been despatched.
Once you have received the goods and London Tools Ltd has received full payment for the goods the buyer shall become the owner of the goods.
Back Orders If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order in full or in part we shall deem this as a back order item and inform you by e-mail, fax or phone for your further instructions. You shall in any case have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using "Java Applet" which is more secure than 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
