Chubb 3R35 Mortice Deadlocking Latch

The door is secured by an automatic deadlocking action, whilst the snib can be used to hold the bolt back when the door needs to be left ajar.

The operation handle onthe inside can be secured by key from either side. It can be modified for use as a fire escape lock(3R35X) by inhibiting the facility to lock the handle.

Can be master keyed with other detainer mortice locks. Door handles supplied separately. Supplied with 3 keys.

Note: Ensure you get the right lock. You need LH type if your door is hinged on the Left hand side and opens inwards.
